2. SERVICES

2.1 Jet Black Luxury provides luxury concierge and coordination services, which may include: coordinating chauffeured transportation, private aviation support, VIP airport greeter services, events/tours logistics, and executive protection coordination through vetted third-party providers.
2.2 Unless explicitly stated in writing, Jet Black Luxury does not act as the operating transportation carrier, private jet operator, airport service provider, or security firm. Those services are provided by properly licensed third parties. Operating carrier/vendor details will be provided at booking.
2.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3.3 You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the JBL platform are owned by Jet Black Luxury and protected by applicable laws.
4.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display our content without written permission.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

5.1 Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jet Black Luxury and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. GOVERNING LAW

8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
